Walton County, in coordination with the Florida Department of Health, is seeking to establish a new modular medical clinic facility in the Mossy Head area to improve access to essential public health and community medical services. This project is intended to provide a functional, durable, code-compliant facility that can be delivered and operational within an efficient timeframe while meeting the unique needs of a clinical environment.
The County’s objective is to procure a turn-key modular building solution that includes fabrication, delivery, setup, and all components necessary for occupancy, excluding designated owner-provided site utilities and pad preparation. The facility must support patient flow, staff operations, privacy, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
This project is important because it represents an opportunity to expand healthcare service capacity in a growing area while maximizing available funding and schedule constraints. The successful vendor will demonstrate experience delivering high-quality modular commercial or medical facilities, strong project coordination, realistic delivery timelines, and the ability to provide a complete and dependable solution with minimal disruption during installation.
Solutions that “hit it out of the park” will combine quality construction, code compliance, thoughtful layout execution, efficient scheduling, clear communication, and a finished product ready to serve the public for years to come.
