Description:
This project consists of grading, repaving both roadways, installing storm drainage, curb and gutter, underdrain, and concrete sidewalk. IFB forms, requirements, and plans are available to prime bidders only and may be obtained from the Procurement Office located at 3231 Mr. Joe White Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 for a non-refundable fee of $50.00. Prime must complete at least 70% of the work; only 30% of the total project may be completed by approved sub-contractors.
