Summary

The Walton County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting quotes from qualified, licensed contractors to perform electrical, plumbing, and mechanical ventilation improvements at the Walton County Fleet Maintenance Facility. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete all work described herein.

Certain equipment is owner-furnished (OFE). The Contractor is responsible for installation, connections, and integration of OFE items as specified. The Contractor is responsible for all permitting and inspections required to complete this work.
