IFB for the procurement of Valerus Enterprise License, Vicon Valerus Application Servers, and Valerus Recording Servers. One-time buy. No equals will be accepted as SCDC must maintain the continuity of equipment across all institutions and support areas. Vendor must provide on-site same day service for software or equipment issues as they arise due to security issues and assist processing of all RMAs of purchased equipment at no additional charge
