Description:

Contractor shall provide service at the Rector Reservoir located at 7300 Silverado Trail, Napa, CA, 94559 and at the Veterans Home ¿ Yountville (VHC-Y) located at 100 California Drive Yountville, CA 94599. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, staff, transportation, insurance, bonds, licenses, permits and any other item of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated, to provide scuba diving/tank inspection services. Services shall be provided upon request and in compliance with terms of this Agreement.
