USAID intends to issue a solicitation for a Personal Services Contract (PSC) for the position, Civil Society, Labor and Media (CLM) Program Support Specialist, at the GS-12 equivalent level for USAID’s Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG). The position is remote eligible.
The CLM Program Support Specialist Serves as a technical resource in the CLM office. The Program Support Specialist carries out a diverse set of work assignments related to USAID's civil society, labor, and media approaches and priorities in collaboration with the members of the CLM Office, including contributing to research; programming; training; monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL); and policy. The nature of the support provided by the Program Support Specialist to DRG/CLM staff include but not limited to designing and managing systems and databases; facilitating meetings and working groups; drafting and editing documents, reports, and presentations related to specific DRG programs; conducting program-related research; and managing awards.
The duration of the contract period is anticipated to be one, two-year, base period with three optional one-year periods for a maximum duration of five years in total.
