Description:
The Ulster County Planning Department as host Agency for the Ulster County Transportation Council (UCTC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified consulting firms to complete a Corridor Management Plan (CMP) for a segment of the Urban Principal Arterial Albany and Ulster Avenues from the roundabout in the City of Kingston to Route 9W in the Town of Ulster.
