Protective Coating Consulting Services

MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D) is seeking to retain the services of a consultant to provide Protective Coating Consultant Services including studying, analyzing and evaluating existing coating systems on MTA-owned and operated facilities, recommending compatible coating systems and reviewing and/or preparing technical specifications for MTA C&D’s painting contracts.
