Developers For Data Analytics, FirstNY, and New Data Warehousing and Analytic Solutions

Through Request for Proposals (RFP) 0004, the Office of the State Comptroller (“OSC”) of the State of New York seeks competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide Developers for Data Analytics, FirstNY, and New Data Warehousing and Analytic Solutions (“Services”) as described in RFP Section 2.1 (Overview), Section 6.0 (Scope of Services), and Section 6.2 (Future Services).

This RFP will fill one Lead Data Warehouse Developer and one Data Warehouse Developer at its onset, and will allow for additional Lead Data Warehouse Developer, Extract/Transform/Load (“ETL”) Developer, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (“OBIEE”) Developer, and Tableau Developer positions to be added in the future based on identification, approval, and funding of new data warehousing and analytic solutions.

The positions will support the FirstNY Data Warehouse Reporting and Analytics System (“FirstNY”) as well as the Data Analytics unit within OSC’s Division of the Chief Information Officer (“CIO”). Only one contract will be awarded as a result from this RFP. The RFP and all documents for this procurement are posted on the OSC website at https://www.osc.ny.gov/procurement .
