In general, the work consists of furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for a Job Order Contract (JOC), for Paving Construction work as described in the bid documents to be used by campuses within the CSU.  Unless otherwise noted, no paper bids will be accepted.  See ¿JOC Document Index¿ in the bid documents for the list of required documents to be submitted electronically with the eBid Proposal documents, and hard copy version of documents which are to be delivered within 24 hours of bid closing.
