The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals for development of a comprehensive plan for operation of a profitable orchard and growhouse at James Gay III Park in the City of Las Vegas Ward 5, as further described in the Scope of Work herein.
