The City of Festus is accepting bids for the demolition and site cleanup of a single-family home lot within the City limits of Festus Missouri.  Bids are due by September 25, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Festus City Hall, 711 West Main Street, Festus, MO 63028.  Proposals should be sealed and marked “DEMOLITION” and addressed to the attention of Greg Camp.  All Missouri D.N.R. and E.P.A. demolition regulations must be followed, and a City of Festus demolition permit must be pulled before work. Specifications are available online at www.festusmo.gov.

The City of Festus reserves the right to reject any bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any irregularities in the bidding process. If a contract award is made, it will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder based on the sole determination of the City.
