The service being procured is ancillary convention decorator services at the SkillsUSA TECHSPO 2025. SkillsUSA TECHSPO 2025 requires decorator services including, but not limited to, rental of carpet, carpet padding, accessories and material handling. This requirement supports the US Army Marketing & Engagement Brigade (MEB}/US Recruiting Command (USAREC) public outreach and visibility efforts.
