Description:
The Pee Dee Regional Council of Governments is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified plumbing companies to replace existing plumbing on (2) buildings on the property. Also to tie 2 shut off valves into the system.
Pre-Bid Information:
Two (2) buildings on the property have existing metal piping that needs to be replumbed. Existing water lines need to be replaced with piping, PEX, etc., and other materials needed to complete the job properly. Two shut off valves to stop water flow to each building need to be installed.
