Description:
The primary objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify qualified vendors capable of providing SCDC with a complete end-to-end modernization and migration of the Correctional Operations Management System (COMS) from its existing mainframe environment to a fully modernized, secure, scalable, and sustainable technology platform. Contractors who want further information to develop a response please contact Buyer.
Pre-Bid Information:
SCDC is not seeking a partial modernization, technical assessment, proof of concept, lift-and-shift implementation, or modernization roadmap that requires subsequent phases to achieve a complete operational solution. while establishing the technical foundation for continued modernization and application development by SCDC.
