ITB# 240002938-2943, PCC Campus Wide Roof Replacement, Phase 1 & 2
Alaska Department of Corrections is soliciting for a sealed bids to provide all labor, materials, equipment and travel / lodging cost to replace the roofing system on Medium Security Administration and Segregation Buildings at Palmer Correctional Center (PCC) in Palmer, Alaska as described within Section 01000 of the ITB. Bids will be received until March 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM, Local Time. Bids will be open at 802 3rd street, Suite 224, Douglas, Alaska 99824.
Bids documents may be obtained from the DOC Procurement Section if unable to download. Contact: Michael Lim, phone number (907) 465-6014 or email: michael.lim@alaska.gov
PCC pre-bid site visit is scheduled for February 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM, local time. (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
Interested vendor must contact: Project Manager John Gard to register for inspection and submit the "Clearance Form" to the security sergeant to run a background check to allow access to the facility. The form must be filled out for everyone attending the site visit. Form must be submitted 72 hours in advance. Clerance Form is included in the bid packet. Email your from to john.gard@alaska.gov
Individuals with disability, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services and/or special modifications to submit a bid/proposal should contact the procurement section listed above or the TTD number (907) 465-3274, no later than 5 days to the submittal date to make necessary arrangements.
