OMBUDSMAN SERVICES

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on April 1, 2025 for BID – OMBUDSMAN SERVICES. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.

A Non-MandatoryPre-proposal Conference will be conducted by the Westmoreland County Department of Human Services – Area Agency on Aging for all interested parties on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM.  It is being held at the Area Agency on Aging, 200 South Main Street, Greensburg, PA 15601. Attendees should enter the Agency’s main lobby to sign in and obtain visitor identification.

The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:

Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified.
