The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District”) is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified professional firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, and shall perform a wide range of small construction projects.
Note: Future projects assigned to awarded contractors may require bonding.

Tasks may include but are not limited to the services listed below:
A. Minor Construction, Installations, Repairs, and Alterations
B. Emergency Repair and General Maintenance Services
C. Minor Renovations and Rehabilitation
D. Site Work, Grading, Excavation, and Site Improvements
E. Sidewalk, Concrete, Asphalt Patching, and Small Slab/Pad Installation
F. Minor Demolition, Debris Removal, and Site Restoration
G. Interior and Exterior Surface Preparation and Finishes
H. Fence Installation and Repairs
I. Stormwater Systems (Ponds, Pipes, and Ditches)
J. Utility Systems (Potable Water, Sanitary Sewer, Sanitary Force Main, and Reclaim)
K. Flooring Installation and Repairs
L. Ceiling Tile Replacement and Repairs
M. Framing, Light Carpentry, and Drywall Installation, Repair, and Finishing
N. Cabinet and countertop installation
O. Door and hardware installation or replacement
