Acquiring improvements to the H-915A low frequency antenna (LFA) installation on the South Antenna Pole near Building 441 on Vandenberg SFB, CA. Building 441 houses the equipment used by the Frequency Management System (FMS) team to monitor radio frequencies on Vandenberg SFB in support of Government and commercial launches. Please read the combined synopsis/solicitation document closely and see all other attachments for more details.

(a) Base Access Requirements:
Base Access Request: Submit the completed Base Access Request Form (columns A & B only) to Ashlee.Hawkins@us.af.mil and robert.rutherford.6@us.af.mil by 27 March 2025 for processing. Form is attached to the RFQ.
(b) Visitor Pass: After submitting the request, you MUST obtain a physical visitor pass from the Visitor Center (see map link below) for base access.
(c) Meet Point of Contact: Robert Rutherford will meet you at the Visitor Center at 12:30 PM PT to escort you to the site. Allow ample time to obtain your pass before 12:30 PM (arrive by noon recommended)

(h) Vehicle Restrictions: Avoid bringing bucket trucks unless it's your primary vehicle. Bucket trucks must enter through the Lompoc Gate for inspection (see map link above).
