* This solicitation is replacing the original solicitation 12FPC424Q0217 that was previosly posted on SAM.GOV.*

The purpose of this modification is to update the S01 Attachment 1 - Closing Services - Statement of Work Revised and S01 Attachment 2 - Pricing Sheet Revised to reflect the revised locations for this requirement.

An award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures result of this RFQ.

All other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain.
