Air Filter, Filter Media, Screening Material Contract

Argonne National Laboratory is seeking to create a BPA with a supplier that can provide a consistent supply chain for commercial & industrial HVAC filters, water filters, filter media, and screening material. Please refer to the Statement of Work, attached, for further details.

If able to provide these items and are located within the Chicagoland area, please submit your proposal addressing the following requirements by March 04, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST.

1. Executed ANL-70 Request for Quotation (Signed on Page 1)


2. A technical proposal that demonstrates the ability to perform the work as described in the SOW.


3. Complete Reps & Certs, ANL-70B dated 01/13/2025


4. Complete Appendix C Price Schedule, RFQ 6-B175-Q-00179-00, dated 02/25/2026


5. Review and acceptance of the ANL-71 COM Terms and Conditions


6. Review of Scope of Work, Air Filter, Filter Media, Screening Material Contract, dated 02/25/2026


7. Please confirm that for any items purchased, the contractor will provide evidence of pricing by submitting the original vendor quote. This quote must include an itemized list of all items ordered, along with their corresponding part numbers and detailed descriptions.
