Virtual Visit Platform

Binghamton University is seeking a tool/platform to accomplish the following:

• Provide an engaging immersive virtual visit experience for prospective students and their families from all over the world to learn more about Binghamton University.
• The tool should provide a variety of high-quality deliverable, including 360-degree photos, panoramic photos, Matterport 3D tours, videos and stories.
• The tool should allow for a seamless translation experience allowing non-English speaking individuals to easily access and understand the information provided.
• Provide real-time data that is updated daily that allows Binghamton University Undergraduate Admissions personnel to capture inquiries and nurture prospects through the recruitment cycle.
• The tool should allow for quick and easy updates, as needed by Binghamton University Admissions personnel.
• The tool should have documented success working with large universities with a similar student population.
• The tool should provide comprehensive support on all services provided.

SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355 (5) {a}, which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity / product or service.
