This Invitation to Bidders (the “ITB”) is an invitation by Sturgeon County (the “County”) to prospective Bidders to submit BIDs for Highway 633 & Campsite Road Intersection Improvements, as further described in Section 2- Technical Specifications - Scope of Work (the “Deliverables”).
Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to the following:
•        Grading
•        Granular base course
•        Cold milling
•        Augering and pipe installation
•        Asphalt concrete pavement
•        Permanent signing
•        Fencing
•        Line painting and pavement messages
•        Topsoil and Seeding
