The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) a Professional Services
Agreement to provide Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Engineering
Services for the above-referenced project.

A pre-submission field walkthrough is scheduled for Monday, April 14th' 2025 at Fire Station #1 45 Harrison Street New Rochelle NY at
10:00 am. This walkthrough is not mandatory, but it will be the only opportunity for all prospective firms
to clarify any questions regarding this RFP. A "Questions and Answers" document will be posted following
this meeting.
