Town of Diamond Valley
The Town of Diamond Valley invites qualified Proponents to develop a new, user‑friendly Land Use Bylaw (LUB) that implements the Town’s new Municipal Development Plan (2025) and supports clear, consistent subdivision and development decisions. The LUB will provide citizens and businesses with requirements for future subdivisions and developments, with the aim of creating a high-quality community in which to live, work, play, and learn. Work includes comprehensive drafting, public and stakeholder engagement (aligned to the Town’s Public Participation Policy), graphic/layout production, and adoption support through a public hearing. The resulting LUB must be accessible, plain‑language, brand‑compliant, and delivered in an editable format.
