.1 Main Parkade:
relocate HPU off exit ramp wall to adjacent loading dock location. Place
HPU on new concrete housekeeping pad. Install bollards as noted on
structural drawings.
Remove existing steel support for HPU once moved.
Reconnect all mechanical and electrical for HPU in new location. This
includes coring through existing wall.
Investigate and troubleshoot cause of non-operational HPU. Use cash
allowance for supply and replacement of failed components in original
equipment & return to full functionality, as noted in Section 0041 14.
Adjust programming in equipment to allow operation of overhead doors
separate from bollards as noted in M&E drawings.
.2 Sally Port Parkade (Entrance and Exit)–
relocate controller for HPU down to ground level and modify
electrical/mechanical so screen is operational at lower level.
