The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Nathan Kline Institute are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Diagnostic Testing for Immunology Status at Nathan Kline Institute located at 140 Old Orangeburg Rd, Orangeburg, NY 10962.

The Program Work Plan with Materials Required, Test Kit, Instrument, Support info, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

There is no site visit for this procurement.

Questions from bidders are to be submitted by Thursday, March 27, 2025 by 3:00 PM ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders, as well as posted to this ad, by Thursday, April 3.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET on Thursday, April 17, 2025.
