ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for the construction of the Holman Creek - Highway 74 Water Main Relocation (ARDOT Job No. 090554) to serve the Madison County Water Facilities Board will be received at the offices of Madison County Water Facilities Board located at 27271 Highway 23, Huntsville, Arkansas, until 2:00 p.m. local time on June 25, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of the following:
• Approximately 2,480 L.F of 12” Diameter Ductile Iron Water Main.
• Approximately 715 L.F. of highway bore crossings, creek bore crossings, and driveway crossings requiring encasement.
• All necessary gate valves, highway and creek bore crossings, driveway crossings, meter relocations, connection to existing water mains, and all related accessories.
• This is a “Buy America” project and must meet all Buy America Requirements.
Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer, or at the offices of Madison County Water Facilities Board, Arkansas.
Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained online at engineeringservices.com upon payment of $40 for each set or at the office of Engineering Services, Inc. located at 1207 S. Old Missouri Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72765 upon payment of $150 for each set.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
