CIVIL LEGAL SERVICES. The City of Maplewood is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys and law firms with experience in municipal law to serve as the city’s civil legal counsel. The selected firm will provide legal advice and representation to the City Council, City Manager, and staff on a broad range of municipal matters, including governance, land use, development, contracts, litigation, and public law.
