Northern Indiana Healthcare System located at 2121 Lake Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 has a requirement for ultrasound/transducer preventive maintenance services. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Small Business concerns. Quotes from other than small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The VA anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract on or about September 15, 2025, for a base and four (4) one (1) year options for a total of five (5) years of service if all options are exercised. No telephone request will be accepted.

Solicitation packages will be available on or about September 3, 2025. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.Sam.gov.
