The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting proposals for an Industrial HVAC Rehabilitation & Efficiency Program at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). The scope of the project is to provide services for CVG's Industrial HVAC Rehabilitation & Efficiency Program in passenger facilities including the procurement and installation of the following equipment and associated systems to the specs and standards of KCAB and national code : 1) Replacement of 5 cooling towers associated with the Main Terminal HVAC systems; 2) Replacement of 8 cooling towers associated with Concourse B HVAC systems; 3) Rehabilitation of passenger facility HVAC system air handlers and installation of BAS control systems; 4) Replacement of 8 boilers in the passenger facilities that are well past their useful life; and 5) Replacement of an emergency generator in Concourse A passenger facilities past its useful life and beyond the point of refurbishment.
