NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Panola County, Mississippi, will on October 6, 2025, receive sealed competitive bids for the following services, to-wit:
PRE-ENGINEERED METAL BUILDING FOR THE ROAD DEPARTMENT, ACCORDING TO THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE AT THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR, 151 PUBLIC SQUARE, BATESVILLE, MISSISSIPPI
Sealed competitive bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. on October 3, 2025, in the Office of the County Administrator, 151 Public Square, Batesville, Mississippi. Bids will be opened, read and awarded to the lowest and best bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Please mark on the outside of the envelope of your proposal “Pre-Engineered Metal Building”. The Board of Supervisors will not open or consider any proposal received after the hour on the date set forth above.
