PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5 intends to release a solicitation to establish a Firm-Fixed Priced contract to provide operative laser & technician services on or about July 29, 2025. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, August 1, 2013. The North America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, and the size standard is $40.0 million in sales.
All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for quotes.
Any company that feels they can provide the services that meet the needs of the Government must submit their quote. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis.
