| Description: | The Village of Carol Stream, Illinois will receive Sealed Bids for a Public Works Construction contract that will construct an educational space between the Carol Stream Public Library and the recently completed Klein Creek Streambank Stabilization project. The work will consist of placing decorative concrete adjacent to an existing retaining wall, installation of a decorative railing on said retaining wall, and the procurement and installation of various custom steel elements. |
