Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities seeks Letters of Interest from firms to provide Professional Engineering Services for combining three existing references – Technical Specifications and Detail Drawings for Water Line and Sanitary Sewer Line Construction, Infrastructure Development Standards, and Permitting of Pump Stations and Force Mains – into one comprehensive design manual with standard details. As part of this consolidation, WSFC Utilities anticipates updating existing information and adding some new specifications and details. The final publication will serve as a unified resource for the design, permitting, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure. Additional technical details and deliverables will be defined in collaboration with the selected firm.­
