Project Description:
This project involves the installation, decoration, and removal of holiday decorations on 60 poles along San Mateo Avenue, in accordance with the specifications outlined below.
Services Required:

Preparation and Coordination

Conduct a site walkthrough to confirm pole locations and electrical outlet accessibility.

Coordinate with relevant authorities for permits and safety requirements.

Installation of Decorations
-
Install holiday decor on all 60 poles along San Mateo Avenue.
-
Decorate each pole with lighted garland, ensuring secure attachment and aesthetic consistency.
-
Utilize existing electrical outlets located at the top of each pole for powering the lighted garland.
-
Ensure that the lighted garland does not have a connecting plug at the bottom, as per design specifications.

Complete installation as soon as possible, prioritizing safety and quality standards.

Quality Assurance

Verify that all lighted garlands are securely installed and operational.

Test each pole’s lighting for proper functionality.

Project Takedown
-
Remove all decorations, lighted garland, and fixtures from the poles by January 3, 2026.

Ensure the site is left clean and free of debris upon completion.
