Informatics Services

The
South Dakota Department of Health is seeking a team of up to 8.0 FTE to provide
informatics services. The team should focus on the following specialty
areas:  Rhapsody software, ESRI software,
MyInsight electronic health record system, Maven electronic disease
surveillance system, and broad informatics and data science principles and
services. Team members will work in partnership with program and technical
staff to maintain data systems, develop and maintain automated processes,
prepare performance measure and other reporting for federal grant, provide
technical assistance, and communicate with staff members at all levels of
technical knowledge.

The State will to respond to offeror’s inquiries (if
required) via e-mail.  In addition, all
inquiries and the State’s response will be posted on the state’s e-procurement
system. Offerors may not rely on any other statements, either of a written or
oral nature, that alter any specification or other term or condition of this
RFP.  Offerors will be notified in the
same manner as indicated above regarding any modifications to this RFP.
