This is a sole source, one-time bridge requirement to The Boeing Company (CAGE: 0PXV4). The purpose of this synopsis is to provide industry with subcontracting opportunies to support the small business goals of the Air Force.
The objective of the F-15 Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Repair and Return Services (RRS) Program objective is to establish and manage RRS for unclassified component parts and aviation items. These services also include repair and return of unclassified items that require classified testing and/or software or have classified technical orders for RSAF F-15 C/D/S and SA components causing them to be treated as classified items. The second objective is to provide repair, refurbishment, and/or replacement of RSAF Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE). AGE includes Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV), and Fire and Safety vehicles. The third objective is to provide maintenance and repair of Hush House/Open Air Test Cell equipment. The fourth objective is reporting and analyzing Turn-Around-Time (TAT) associated with the first two objectives. Priorities will be established by Program Management Office (PMO) along with RSAF.
A portion of the work will be performed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). As such, the laws of the KSA are enforced, and the customs and traditions in KSA will be respected and obeyed.
