Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the Department), through its subunit Behavioral Health Administration, is issuing this Request for Application (RFA) to identify Applicant to expand critical access to and enrollment in essential care coordination through targeted outreach and referral activities for youth at risk of serious behavioral health disorders; and expand the statewide use of Family to Family Peer Support services to parents/ caregivers of children and youth enrolled in TCM and TCM Plus.
