Description: The Village of Waterville was recently awarded a Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan from the NYS Department of State Environmental Protection Fund. The Village is seeking proposals from experienced consultants to facilitate development and adoption of an updated Comprehensive Plan to its 1965 Master Plan.
