The Tri-Cities Animal Services is soliciting Proposals from qualified Consultants to assist with behavioral evaluations and professional input related to dogs deemed unsuitable for standard public adoption. The selected consultant(s) will support staff in identifying placement opportunities through approved rescue partners for behaviorally complex or high-risk dogs housed at the Tri-Cities Animal Services facility.
