New Operations Center Renovations - Electrical

Project Description: Pittsburgh Water is requesting bids for phased construction at their Operations Center under a multi-prime bid consisting of General, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing contracts. The Electrical Contract scope of work includes but is not necessarily limited to: project coordination as it involves other trades; obtaining necessary permits; securing bonds as required by Owner; executing work related to net zero ready passive house goals; ELV, security, IT, AV, low voltage, and all other related electrical work; sealing electrical-related penetrations in the air barrier; all connections, conduits, and encasement from the building to all site lighting including but not limited to light poles, and monument signage lighting; coordination with other prime contractors; and management of scope of work impacted by other prime contractors.
