Proposals are Requested for HUD Environmental Noise Testing Services for Cattaraugus Community Action Agency’s Community Development Block Grant Manufactured Home Replacement Project.
Cattaraugus Community Action Agency administers the Manufactured Home Replacement Project through an agreement with Allegany County and is soliciting proposals from professional engineering firms to perform HUD environmental noise testing services and report for a property located in Friendship, NY. Professional engineering firms must be qualified and have demonstrated success in completing the scope of work.
The scope of work includes completing environmental noise testing for a property located in Friendship, NY and a report documenting testing results in accordance with HUD environmental protocols by utilizing HUD’s Day/Night Noise Level Electronic Assessment Tool (DNL Calculator) and referencing HUD’s Noise Guidebook, Chapter 7 in relation to using this tool HUD Noise Guidebook - HUD Exchange.
