Dear Vendors,
BCNET is pleased to provide an early notice regarding an exciting forthcoming project opportunity.
Project Title: “Negotiated Request For Proposals (“RFP”) for Curriculum and Catalogue Management System (CCMS)”
Estimated Date of Posting: December 23, 2024 or later

The opportunity will be posted on: BCBid: https://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca/ and Bonfire Portal: https://BCNET.bonfirehub.ca/portal

The goal of the Negotiated RFP is to select a qualified Proponent/s to provide a robust and scalable Curriculum and Catalogue Management System (CCMS) for BCNET Members during the terms of a Master Agreement/s. The selected system must meet or exceed the requirements outlined in the RFP document.
The RFP seeks a Proponent with:
  • A proven track record in delivering CCMS solutions.
  • A commitment to enhancing curriculum and catalog management, streamlining workflows, and improving data accessibility for post-secondary institutions in British Columbia.
This initiative aims to modernize curriculum and catalog management systems across BCNET Member institutions. The selected Proponent will work collaboratively with BCNET and its Members to ensure the CCMS meets the highest standards for usability, performance, and compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements.
