New Operations Center Renovations - General

Project Description: Pittsburgh Water is requesting bids for phased construction at their Operations Center under a multi-prime bid consisting of General, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing contracts. The General Contract scope of work includes but is not necessarily limited to: site work, subgrade preparation, utilities on the site, and utilities up to the building; layout and staking; installation of temporary fencing; utility coordination; mine grouting and geopier installation; work related to net zero ready passive house goals; project coordination as it involves other trades; obtaining permits; securing bonds as required by Owner; coordination with other prime contractors including managing the scheduling of construction activities of the prime contractors; and management of scope of work impacted by other prime contractors.
