Team Dynamix Value Added Services

Procurement Description

The State University of New York (SUNY) on behalf of the SUNY Information Technology Center (ITEC) wishes to procure Team Dynamix Value-Added Services Program (VAS). This will include obtaining help with any needs including tool configuration and administration, training on TDX or best practices, and collaboration on process considerations. We anticipate having access to a full catalog of services to ensure our department will continue to thrive. We anticipate the purchase of blocks of service for this purpose.

Contract Period

The two-year contract period will be from 9/30/2025 through 9/29/27

Scope of Services

The selected firm will provide 440 hours of Value Added Services per year.

• Provide Free administration training;
• Provide and have a VAS Dashboard with up-to-date VAS hours balance reporting and other helpful information and links;
• Allow hours to be used for any of the services listed in the VAS menu

Contract Award

The State University of New York intends to make this award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000. A sealed bid opening will not be held. There is no RFP or IFB. Inquiries are to be made by email only and only to the designated contacts identified below. SUNY will make no reimbursement for travel or travel-related expenses. The University reserves the right to make no award.
