The City of Aiken is requesting hydrant flushing and valve assessment support from a qualified construction firm in order to implement Unidirectional Flushing Plans and related support services as deemed necessary. The City will retain the qualified Contractor to enhance the City of Aiken’s ability to provide the necessary flushing and assessment services and comply with SC State and/or Federal laws and regulations governing the programs under which projects are developed
