Request for Proposals for Supply of Interior and Exterior Furniture for North Creek Ski Bowl Lodge

The Olympic Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers for the procurement and delivery of interior and exterior commercial-grade furniture for use at the North Creek Ski Bowl Lodge, located in North Creek, New York. This includes, but is not limited to, tables, chairs, benches, lounge furnishings, outdoor seating, and other hospitality-related fixtures.

For the purposes of this procurement, the Olympic Authority has determined that a sufficient number of qualified MWBE and SDVOB prime contractors are available to perform the required services under the Agreement. Accordingly, this procurement is designated as a set-aside exclusively for participation by MWBEs and SDVOBs. Only proposals submitted by New York State-certified MWBEs and SDVOBs will be considered.
