SIGA Blanket and Light up Steins

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor for the purchase of Blankets and Light up Steins. All items are to be shipped to the Central Office location listed below.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
2. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
3. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
4. Substitutes may be considered as long as it meets the minimum requirements as noted in our specifications. Bidders shall provide the specification sheet and indicate all included features and accessories/ with their bid submission.
5. Bidder may bid on any or all the above items.
6. SIGA May request samples of the items bid for evaluation purposes. Any samples shall be delivered at bidders’ expense to/from F.O.B. Delivery Point.
7. Standard warranty to be included, unless already specified. Provide quote and details on any extended warranty options as an attachment to this form.
8. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
9. If the file is greater than 10mb, multiple emails may be submitted and labelled appropriately.
