Synopsis:
|
|
The scope of Work consists of a Base Bid to replace 372m2 of ballasted EPDM
roofing system with an adhered SBS roofing system at Hodgeville School, 10 3rd
Avenue West, Hodgeville SK. There is a Separate Price to replace 1,224m2 of
existing EPDM membrane on the classroom section of roof with an SBS
membrane. Except as otherwise specified, the Work shall include the supply of
all labour, equipment, materials, fittings, fixtures and services necessary or
reasonably incidental to the completion of all Work shown on the drawings and
as specified.

Additional Information:

|
A site walk-through for interested Contractors has been scheduled for Monday,
May 12, 2025 at 2:30pm. All interested parties to meet outside the front entrance
of the school.
Contractors wanting to attend the walk-through are to advise 1080 by emailing
ward@1080architecture.com by Friday, May 9, 2025 at 3:00pm.
